Investigate Summer academies for junior high and high school students at the Oklahoma Higher Education site.
Information on the 2008 Summer Math and Science Academies is now available. There will be twenty-two FREE Summer Academies at different Oklahoma colleges and universities. These math, science and technology academies are for Oklahoma residents who will be entering the 8th-12th grades in the fall of 2008. Some of the academies will include the following: robotics, aerospace, energy sources, forensics, biotechnology, engineering, creating video games and MORE. You may also call 1-800-858-1840. Encourage students to apply EARLY because the academies fill up fast.
