Bob Reid called the meeting to order. Board members present were Robert Reid, Vinson Orr, Brad Benson, Felisha Crawford and James Heap. There were 7 members of the NCA visiting accreditation team present.

The board was interviewed for the North Central Visit by the visiting team. No action took place.
