2:00 p.m March 10, 2011

Felisha Crawford called the meeting to order. Board members present were Felisha Crawford, Vinson Orr, James Heap. Staff members present were: Tony O’Brien, Superintendent, Patti Blankenship, Business Manager; and Glenda Longacre, Minutes Clerk.

The board discussed the previous decision about purchasing an ag pickup. The previous decision was upheld and no action was taken.

They then met with Matt Riechert from McDonald and Associates concerning a possible bond resolution. They voted to have Mr Riechert present a resolution to the board at the April meeting to be voted on.

Meeting was then adjourned.
