Board to receive bids for the $480,000 General Obligation Building
Bonds of this school district and award bonds to the lowest bidder.

Board to consider and take action on a resolution providing for the issuance
of General Obligation Building Bonds in the sum of $480,000 by this school
district, authorized at an election called and held for such purpose;
prescribing form of bonds; providing for registration thereof; providing for
levy of an annual tax for the payment of principal and interest on the same;
and fixing other details of the issue.
6.
Board to consider and take action on a resolution designating the
general obligation bonds of 2011 as “Qualified Tax-Exempt Obligations” pursuant
to Section 265(b)(3)(B) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
7.
Board to receive bids for Central Grade Demolition and award contract
to lowest or best bid.
8.
Board to receive “thank you” from the Frederick Arts Council and Dana
Greer for donated railing and then a request for the pinrail, (stage curtain
rod) to be donated to the Arts Council.
9.
Board to receive bids for Civil Engineering and Land Planning Services
for Bond Projects. Contract to be awarded to lowest or best bid.
10.
Board to receive bids for Geotechnical Services for bond projects.
Contract to be awarded to lowest or best bid.
