Howard M. McBee was a prominent Oklahoma lawyer who helped shape the state's judicial system. He was also a civic leader in his hometown of Frederick and a decorated World War II veteran.

 The family of Howard McBee supports the Frederick Elementary Library with annual donations. It was Mr. McBee's wish that the endowment supplement the library with regular contributions.
The Frederick Elementary Library offers a wide selection of books for students to choose from. Teachers can take their entire class and work on projects in the FES Library. Students enjoy relaxing and reading a good book in the FES Library.
