Scholarship winners will be recognized at the annual Frederick High School awards ceremony.

Students wishing to apply for this scholarship must first meet specific criteria, which include:

*Minimum of 2.5 GPA

*Application must include future educational plans

*Requirements - list community service activities

*Complete an essay answering this question:

*Scholarship amount will be $250
